The last appearance in the press has been in the travel section of the newspaper The Telegraph, along with a selection of restaurants in the Costa Brava citing El Celler de Can Roca, Pa i raïm, Es balconet or Sa Rascassa to quote a few. The information was published on 27 August 2015.
An article by Jordi Bosch in the Diari de Girona on 21 June 2015 also mentioned the Restaurant Ibèric, related to a seasonal dishs, baby eels from the Ter river. The article, with personal touches and story about the eels also mentions the presence of the author in our establishment and activity of fishing eels by Juli Carbó, fisherman, Angula del Ter owner and Restaurant Ibèric supplier.
Father Tomàs, the three brothers, Enric, Gerard and David, in the Restaurant Ibèric, at Ullastret, in an article published in ‘La Vanguardia’ in the section ‘5 a taula’, where an overview of the most outstanding dishes and some history of the restaurant was reported.
